Ticket History

Where can I see ticket history?

Ticket history, shows the support team the full sequence of activities associated with each ticket. The history allows you to review all messages between agents and customer and also actions that have been taken through system automation, giving you a comprehensive picture of the support process from ticket receive to ticket get resolved or close.

To view ticket's history, Open a ticket to view its details. At the end of right side panel you can view ticket history under Recent Activity .
