With Dwike Helpdesk ticket Search Options, you can quickly sort your tickets with preset filters. Like e.g. you can setup a filter to display all high priority only or from which channel ticket has been created .
Agent can get various search result using search option filters available in all Ticket Folder with respect to Subject, Priority, Assignee, Status, Source channel. To go to Ticket Search Option click on any ticket folder from left side menu under section Tickets ( Inbox, My Ticket, Unassigned and Overdue) and Departments. You can select the value from Search Options filter in left side panel, and resulting ticket list will display in right side panel.
