Ticket detail view gives you information about time span of ticket, To see details go to ticket detail view page in top left tab you can see the below information:
Ticket source : It's shows ticket source icon from where ticket has been created
Ticket Id : Ticket Id is unique id for each ticket
Created on : This is the date when ticket is created
Due date : Due date is date and time as per define SLA, ticket needs to be resolved by this time.
Additional Info : Any custom form field value given by customer while submitting ticket ( Additional info display only when you have tagged any Custom form with particular helptopic).
