File attachments may include customer support collateral, support quotes/invoices, SLAs, as well as other support documentation. Your attachments can be associated with tickets and viewed by your customers from their web portal or email.
To upload an attachment Open the ticket detail view page.
Click the "File Upload" below to reply box.
Select the file you wish to upload.
You can upload either a single file or multiple files for each ticket. The size of each file cannot exceed 10MB.
