How can I link to Knowledgebase articles?

Sometime you just need to give answer to your customer which is  already available in your help document, so you can guide your customer with the same detail.

 You can quickly direct users to Knowledgebase content right from your ticket reply page, got to reply box and select the knowledgbase article from drop down list. Link will be automatically added to reply content box with massage.
