Create Tickets by Agent/Staff

How agent/staff members can create a tickets?

You may need to create a ticket from time to time and the best place to do this is from  your Dwike Helpdesk only. You can create this from under any of the Helptopic.  Whether it's a new contact that you are mailing, or perhaps a follow up from a phone conversation. 

 

There is two place from where you can create new ticket. First click on  "+" on left side footer menu and you can see the create ticket form where you need to fill below details, second is Ticket dropdown menu from top bar you can see the option Create Ticket at the last in list.

 

  • User Details : Customer name, Email id and Contact no.
  • Ticket Options : Helptopic, SLA and Assign to agent
  • Ticket Detail : Subject, Message and Priority
