Add Internal Notes

How can I add note within a ticket?

Not everyone knows every answer every time, to help with this we have the option to add notes to a ticket within Dwike Helpdesk.

 Add Internal Note go to Internal Note tab next to Reply from ticket detail view and add your message. Any information added as a Internal Notes is appended to a ticket but not made visible to the customer, ensuring that these conversations remain private at all times.
